Dogs are welcome in our family-friendly home

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful setting. This home is nestled in the Bow River valley in the sought-after community of Riviera, within the town of Cochrane. The space This home has an open-concept floor plan on the main level, with a large granite kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and preparing family meals. In the family room, curl up on the couch next to the natural gas fireplace after a day of playing in the mountains (just a short drive away). Upstairs, the master bedroom has a soft king-sized bed and a full ensuite with a shower stall and oversized bathtub. There are two more bedrooms, another full bath, and a sensibly-sized bonus room, which adds to the appeal of this home. Although the basement is an unfinished teen man cave (listed as bedroom #4), there is a double bed, access to an Xbox One, and a single bed for additional sleeping arrangements. A fully fenced backyard, comfy outdoor furniture, and the use of a propane barbecue create an inviting outdoor space that lets you sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature in this quiet, picturesque neighbourhood. *Please note: this is our primary residence that we rent out when we are away. When visiting, please treat it like your own home. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and fully fenced backyard; the only off-limits areas are personal items in storage in the basement, and the garage should NOT be used. Other things to note This is a family-friendly home and neighbourhood. Up to two dogs are welcome to stay, but you are responsible for any damage caused. Encourage your dog(s) to use the gravel dog run on the side of the house as their bathroom, and please be very conscientious of any destructive behaviours (inside or out) and of barking. The homes in this quiet neighbourhood are close together, and sound travels easily. Please respect the neighbours. Absolutely no parties or events, quiet time is 10 p.m.
