We are 40 minutes from downtown San Diego, down the road from the Safari Park, located in the heart of Highland Valley wine country. Visit the beach, then escape to the serene countryside for true relaxation. Near trails & natural areas, including Potato Chip rock. A cozy, yet spacious house surrounded by avocado trees and brand new wine grapes. Entire house and fenced in backyard. Please DO NOT go into the avocado trees or vineyard. Please stay within fence. Only 12 min away from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park! The house is located in an agricultural area that mostly consists of avocados and grapes. ALL roads are asphalted but some roads are curvy. Nearest shops are only 12 minutes away! We have ample parking in a large, unpaved lot. Please Note: This property is on a working commercial farm and although it's spectacular views are true beauty, there may be hazardous conditions beyond the fence.
