The Lake Oswego Guesthouse
Lovely, private guesthouse located in an upscale, residential Lake Oswego neighborhood. Lake Oswego shops, restaurants, parks, Oswego Lake and farmer's market (open seasonally) are all very close by. Quick and easy drive or bus ride into downtown Portland (approx 15 min drive). The Studio is located above our garage - a comfortable queen bed with high end linens, kitchenette including small refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment, living room with cable tv and workspace with wifi. The 620 sq/ft Guesthouse is a private and relaxing space with neutral decor and a clean aesthetic. Surrounded by windows on nearly every wall, the guesthouse has the feel of a tree house with light pouring in. A restful nights sleep is assured with a comfortable queen bed dressed in lovely linens. While the guesthouse is technically a studio, you won't feel that way as the spaces are anchored with furniture and decor that make it feel like it's own room. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, keurig coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo and includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. If we don't have what you need, please just ask! Please note there is a $55 Cleaning fee. Thank you! Please use the private entrance just past the garage to access the studio apartment. Outside of the studio, there is no shared outdoor space. Our neighborhood is beautiful with trails and parks nearby to enjoy the outdoors. I am a native Oregonian who has lived in the Portland area for over 15 years. I am a foodie/runner/shopper and know all the good spots! Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or recommendations. I love this city and all it has to offer! We are located near the Willamette River (there is no public access to the river in our neighborhood) and within 1 mile of beautiful downtown Lake Oswego and just minutes by car (6 miles) to downtown Portland. Walk to Lake Oswego's parks, restaurants, shopping, Farmer's Market and even Tyron Creek State Park, a 645-acre oasis of hiking, cycling and horseback riding trails. For those without a car, there is Trimet bus public transportation to Portland and all of our wonderful city's suburbs. The bus stop is 150 yards (a 3-minute walk) to the top of our hill and there is an App that satellite tracks the buses and trams to ensure you will be on time! Please note there is a $55 Cleaning fee. Thank you!
