See.Perle 1219 : Modern, hell & Seeblick

We warmly welcome you to our modern lake. Perle at the most beautiful point on Lake Wörthersee with lake view! With only 50m as the crow flies to the lake, you will find the west-facing accommodation with a really large panoramic window & access to the terrace, private entrance & bathroom. In an idyllic panoramic location, the day can start wonderfully & stylishly with a café or you can end the day in the kitschig-rosa evening hours with a glass of wine. The space From the lake, you can look out on the lake on the west side over a large meadow towards Pörtschach. The beautiful view also includes the view of the Pyramidenkogel and the Dobratsch. The Parkhotel am Landspitz of Pörtschach hosts the summer of regular fireworks, which you can watch from the terrace. The building is a detached house. Who else lives in it? We, a family of four with two toddlers plus two hangovers. With us, it is never boring and a little turbulent at the moment😉. So you may hear our toddlers quickening☺. Through the private entrance, you are of course completely independent of us – so you don't have to cross the road. Our property can be reached by a dead end. The property itself is very seen and at the same time relatively quiet. The Klagenfurter Straße and the train can be heard a little every now and then, but in our opinion it is completely tolerable. In a spacious outdoor entrance area, you can access the two front doors. Directly from your own front door, you can reach the 1-room accommodation with a bright, about 25 square meters of living space and really huge panoramic window as well as real wood parquet. Here you can let yourself go really well on a 1.80 m x 2 m large and nice soft spring mattress or put your legs up on a cozy couch stocked with pillows. If you want, you can also enjoy your cafe or tea on the west side, separated part of the terrace, which directly adjoins from the lake. Perle with its own patio door. Here you will find two chairs and a small storage for books or drinks. An eye-catcher can still be two small, black, shy hangovers that sometimes cross your terrace☺. In the evenings, nice light elements in the room support a comfortable lounge atmosphere, which you can also be acoustically supported with our music box. If you are wine lovers, you will be happy to find appropriate glasses. The bathroom is attached to the room directly. It impresses with its clean design and a very large mirror. Cafe and tea are of course provided with us. A cafe machine, cafe capsules, tea bags, water cooker, mini fridge, a drink, cups, wine and water glasses plus a sweet little thing you will find everything in the room. Of course, we also provide the bed linen, towels, etc. A little reading material about the surroundings, etc., can be found in a small reading basket in the room. Guest access You can find a parking space on our property. We are happy to write to you before you arrive, where is the best parking. Other things to note From our lake.Perle 1219 you can take many beautiful excursions on foot. Option 1: For all Badenixen! Since we are at the most beautiful point of Lake Wörthersee, there are two free swimming beaches 7 minutes by walk. In the guest.hand.buch in the room you will find the exact locations. If you prefer to visit a beach, we can recommend both the very nice parking bath in Krumpendorf and the spectacular promenade bath on the headland in Pörtschach. Option 2: For example, you can go to our "Hausberg", the Pirkerkogel, from where you have an even more fantastic panoramic view over Lake Wörthersee from the very top. If this is not enough for you, you can walk from here over the forest to our neighboring village of Krumpendorf. In the lake.gast.haus you can let your gourmet trees be pampered according to the motto "modern Austrian cuisine meets young hospitality". From here you can then walk back directly on the lake on a quiet street that merges into a bicycle and pedestrian path. Option 3: You walk from our front door in the other direction to Pörtschach. Towards, for example, you can go to one of the quiet, hanging streets that meander parallel to the lake. In Pörtschach itself you will find the main house of the famous and traditional Carinthian bakery Wienerroither, where you can have a fantastic breakfast. From here you can walk along the beautiful headland of Pörtschach and unwind right on the lake. During seasons, the beach life is open, where you can enjoy an aperol, ice cream or other meal directly on the lake. On the main road in Pörtschach itself, there are still smaller shops for clothes or souvenirs. You can then go back home next to the lake. Option 4: For all cycling enthusiasts! From our place, you can easily walk around Lake Wörthersee. With a total of 44 km and a continuously marked bike path, this is always worth a trip. At stops, we recommend Velden with the wide promenade and a lot of hustle and bustle (a casino can also be found), the church of Maria Wörth as well as the lakeshore near Klagenfurt, where you will find a large beach and the Lido for eating and drinking. Option 5: Ship ahoi! You can also explore Lake Wörthersee by Wörtherseeschiffahrt. The whole tour takes 3 hours, with the line ship following different stops. Our suggestion is: access to the Peter-Alexander-Steg at Landspitz Pörtschach, exit and stopover in Velden. You will then adjust the return journey whenever suits you and you have experienced enough in Velden. You can find the exact times on the internet. Option 6: Dining out. Within walking distance of us is the Magnolia, the Orathai and the Labsalerie. We have already advertised the lake.gast.haus to you. In Pörtschach, as I said, there is the beach life for us the Ranas. Also the pizzeria Ciaociao and Little Italy we can recommend you. Please note the seasonal opening hours for some restaurants. On excursions to the surrounding area, we can recommend (depending on the season) a hike or a ski tour in the nearby Kärntner Bergwelten or an excursion to the many beautiful lakes in Carinthia (Wörthersee Pörtschach/Velden/Maria Wörth, Forstsee, Millstättersee, Ossiachersee, Weissensee and and...). In Klagenfurt's old town, you can admire the small historic town or just watch the hustle and bustle in the old square in a café. In just 30 minutes you can reach the Italian border, where you can shop and eat pizza in Tarvis and admire the fantastic Friulian landscape. The Taggenbrunner Winery and is also worth a day trip with a spectacular view and ambience.
