One of a kind property. The loft was completed in April of 2016. The building was built as a hotel in 1910, but hasn't been occupied since the 70's. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by a family of designers. Other things to note This is a historic building that lacks an elevator. There is a bar/nightclub next door to the hotel. It only operates 3 nights week (Thursday-Saturday). It is possible to hear musicians on their rooftop level (they only do rooftop shows during summer months).
