Note: Clear Lake’s water level, dock height, and lake conditions fluctuate seasonally. Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay. A $500 security deposit hold applies to all bookings. Hot tub is covered but not gated — supervise children at all times. Dock and pier have no railings; flotation devices are strongly recommended for children. Clear Lake wildlife is part of the charm — occasional visits from insects, birds, and critters are normal. Ring security cameras monitor the driveway and back dock (for security and lake-level awareness only). 🤝 RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD This is a peaceful, family-friendly lakefront community. Please take all loud gatherings indoors after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors.
