The space Flat 58 B (1st floor): - 01 bedroom with queen bed, 32"smart TV, work desk, closet. - split air conditioning in the room + 1 table fan. - 01 set of bed complete with pillows. - 01 large bathroom/social suite with box, electric shower, hairdryer and external clothesline. 02 sets of towels. - common space with sofa bed - Gourmet balcony with full kitchen in utensils, appliances, dining table + laundry. - hammock on the balcony. - 02 parking spaces discovered in front of the flat (inside the condominium). - There is a flight of stairs with railing and no protection grid at the top of the stairs, but with wooden door underneath, dividing the serviced apartments. - The parents are whole and solely responsible for allowing children to access the stairs and balcony. - Accommodation: maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children in both environments (bedroom and sofa bed in the common space) - WE DO NOT CHARGE ENERGY FEE
