The space The inside of summer breeze was fully renovated ten years ago and has everything you need to make you feel like you are at home. There is WIFI and NETFLIX in the home for your enjoyment. The main bedroom has a king size WAVELESS WATER BED and 65 inch TV. The second bedroom had a double bed with loads of hanging space for all your clothes and a large ensuite with a bath and double shower. The third bedroom has a double bedroom suit. The modern kitchen and open plan entertaining area also opens out to the backyard. Five mins walk to Grange Jetty and 15 mins walk to the shops and restaurants in Henley square. There is also public transport just at the end of the quiet street that takes you on a twenty minute ride straight into the heart of Adelaide CBD. If you have your own vehicle there is off street parking for up to 4 cars. Just a two minute walk to the bus stop on grange road which takes you 20 mins ride into the city. Also a five min walk to the tram stop that takes you into the heart of Adelaide. Historic Glenelg is a ten minute car ride, and close to kooyonga and grange golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet and a walking distance to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is security cameras on the outside of the home for your safety. Just sit back relax and enjoy the beach side vibe. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the home. There is a key safe located on the property and the code will be given to you the day before you arrive.
