BLESSED NEST is a one bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of Gulfview II located on beautiful scenic 98. Blessed Nest has been remodeled in March 2022. All floors are tile and brand new linens in place April 2022. It has one private bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen smart tv, 2 hall twin bunks, one air mattress and a comfortable sofa. The sofa is not a pull out but very roomy for one person and linens provided. There is a large dining room table for game night or meals. The complex has 2 pools one is heated seasonally and a large hot tub. Grilling and gathering area and this complex provides private gated beach access. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from several vendors located on the beach in front of the property. 4 Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Five miles of bike/walking and jogging path along Destin's Scenic Gulf Drive are right in front of Gulfview property. Walk to Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and the Crab Trap just to name a few close restaurants. You are a short drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Outlet Mall and the beautiful Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. Private bedroom has queen bed and flat screen tv. Hallway bunks 2 twin Full sized sofa (linens provided if someone wants to sleep on the sofa.) NOT a sleeper sofa but very comfy. One air mattress (linens provided) Fully stocked kitchen Free WIFI Private balcony with 2 chairs and one table Parking for 2 vehicles (free) Parking pass provided by Destin Vacation Company 2 Pools 1 is seasonally heated 1 multi person Hot tub Laundry areas on each floor (coin and debit cards) Grilling common area near pools Flat screen television in living room and bedroom Granite kitchen counter top Tub/shower combo in private bathroom Cards, board games and books are provided. Starter set up of: kitchen, body and hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, coffee and kitchen items. Rules...sorry the boring but necessary stuff to follow: Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during the stay and be on the lease. No fires or open flames including candles are allowed in unit or on property. Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $250. fine and you will be asked to leave with no kind of refund being given. (there are cameras monitoring hallways and parking lots) Early Check ins are possible with approval and are subject to a $100 Charge. This is a non-smoking property and this includes vaping. If smoke is smelled upon your departure there will be a cleaning fee added of whatever cleaners costs to rid the room of the smell. DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE PLEASE! Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of others. There is no elevator in this complex. You will go to the 3rd floor. Aprox 32 steps. Pools and hot tub are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Destin Vacation Company, the property owner and complex owners are NOT responsible for any injury or death that would result from using pools or hot tub. Boats, trailers, RVS, motor-homes, buses, and golf carts are not authorized to be parked on Gulfview II property. Parking permits are required to be displayed on the dash of the vehicle. Any vehicle not abiding by the rules will be subject to towing by Gulfview II. No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages/malfunction of appliances or heating and cooling units or anything beyond our control.
