Located within walking distance to downtown Portland, NW 23rd and the Pearl district, this romantic private suite is appointed with all of the little luxuries found in a fine hotel. There is a communal deck with mt. and river views available. 1 queen bed and a queen sofa bed available. The space There is a magnificent communal covered deck with Mt St Helens and river views available weather permitting The guest enter using a keypad on the garage door and go directly to an elevator door which takes them either out to the deck or down 2 floors to their private floor. Sometimes i don't even meet them, some times we share a glass of wine on the deck. I am always available by text to answer questions. Portland Heights is a premier neighborhood of historic homes. My home was built in 1950 by famous Eric Ladd using pieces of the old Portland Hotel, which was built in the 1800's. I integrated the historic White Stag Building windows into the suite. A bus runs by the front door one way on a limited schedule. It is an easy walk down the hill to shopping and restaurants and a $7cab ride back. There is a fireplace, surround sound stereo system in the suite as well as 2 TV's in different areas. free wi-fi is provided. Guest access Guests have elevator access to their own 682 sq ft. suite plus the communal deck. There is a restaurant a block away and high end grocery stores close by. During your stay As much as they want. Sometimes I don't meet my guests, other times we share a glass of wine on the deck. I have been on another site for 2 years so I have had a lot of variety.
