Originally built in 2013, this newly furnished three level property can host up to 3 sets of families! Modern, spacious, and centrally located -- the whole group will surely enjoy easy access to everything while spending awesome days in Las Vegas... This private home can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with its four cozy bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plus, a total of six beds available for guests use -- the masters' bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has full bed, while the third and fourth rooms have two single and two twin beds. Guest will have access to the entire home. Please respect the space and the residents in the neighboring homes. QUIET HOURS Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10:00 pm - 9:00 am. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING Absolutely NO smoking (cigarettes, cigars or cannabis) in the home or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300.00 fee. OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. LATE CHECK OUT FEE Please be advised that there is a $75.00 charge per 30 minutes exceeding check out time of 11:00 am. LOCKOUT! Should the unfortunate event of you getting locked out by losing the keys, the guest will be responsible for the services of the local locksmith. YOUR BELONGINGS Please kindly be mindful of taking all your belongings back with you when you leave. A $25.00 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of shipping any items to you. Thank you for your understanding. EXCESSIVE TRASH CHARGE Please be advised that there is a $75.00 excessive trash/disposal fee. CHECKOUT For checkout, please make sure all doors are closed and locked, and that all windows are closed. The cleaner will strip the beds and do the laundry. Check out is by 11:00 am. This gives our cleaning team the appropriate time to make sure the place is perfect before your stay and ensures the same for the next group that stays after you. Coronado Ranch is a new development on Las Vegas's southwest side. Around 2014, American West (now Pulte) created a master community in this area. The community has a strong sense of ownership, and it is very clean and peaceful. The property is situated on a court, as are the most of the properties in the region. There isn't a lot of traffic. Rainbow Blvd is one of Las Vegas' main thoroughfares, and the house is located off of it. Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, Sams Club, two Super Walmarts, plus a variety of eateries and personal services are all within 1 to 3 miles of your home. Harry Reid Airport is 11 to 15 minutes away. JSX is a fantastic semi-private airline service (no TSA!) that is used by many Raiders fans in the Bay Area. The new Allegiant Stadium is about a 10- to 15-minute drive away, and the strip is also about a 15-minute drive away.
