Charming house "Parma" with pool and private beach

This small house with lots of caracter is conveniently located in the hills of the Bilice Vrulje village. Only 15 min drive from Šibenik city center, yet far enough from the crowds and city noises. The location makes this property perfect for the ones longing for peace and quite in harmony with the nature. But it's not only about the location! The outside space will leave you speachless, especially in sunset times, and the interior will make you feel like you just stepped inside a fairytale. The space The carefully decorated interior features a kitchen/dining room, living room, mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. But the best part is probably the exterior. The 100m2 big terrace with panoramic view is a perfect spot for sunbathing or refreshing in the swimming pool. There is also an outside dining space where you can enjoy the meals you prepare on the bbq. And if you take a 5min walk you will find yourself in the deep shades of the private beach. On the beach, there is a wooden hut for storage where you can leave your belongings while you are taking a swim or paddling in the sunset in a kayak or SUP paddling board that are also at your disposal. And if you decide to treat yourself at the famous restaurant Vidrovača, its staff will be ready to pick you up with a boat, free of charge, with the trip taking only 3 minutes.
