Enjoy your nature escape at the Extertal vacation park! Our lovingly brightly furnished wooden house "Auszeit mit Herz" is suitable for up to 4 people and is located in beautiful nature near the forest. The hiking trails start right outside the door. One dog per stay is also welcome. The highlights are the OGAWA massage chair (4D massage, body scanner, etc.), the barrel sauna in the protected garden and the fireplace in the living area. The wooden terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The space Our cozy Scandinavian-style wooden house invites you to cozy evenings after long walks in the fresh air in the beautiful Extertal or excursions to the nearby Weserbergland or the Teutoburg Forest. Whether an extensive sauna session in the barrel sauna in the garden protected from view, a soothing massage in the massage chair overlooking nature, a sociable barbecue evening on the terrace or a cozy get-together with family or friends in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace – there are a variety of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Children are also very welcome here! For children from approx. 4 years old, there are indoor and outdoor games as well as creative material for painting, crafting, kneading, etc. The vacation home with garden property has a living area of about 74 sqm on 2 floors and is a non-smoking house. It is not suitable for fitters. We'll gladly take you on a small tour of our house and you'll learn more about the extensive amenities: Through the entrance you will enter a small hallway area with space for jackets and shoes. On the right is the bathroom, which was renovated in 2025 with - walk-in shower - Sink and toilet - Hairdryer, soap and toilet paper. This is followed by a laundry room with - Washer and dryer, detergent available - Ironing board and iron - Clothes drying rack - as well as sufficient storage facilities. The hallway area also leads to the light-flooded living and dining area overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with - A cozy sofa - Fireplace (1 wood package included) - Smart TV and Wi-Fi (fiber optic) throughout the House - electric or manual exterior blinds on the first floor - A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, electric milk frother, coffee filter with filter bags, toaster, digital scale, hand mixer and hand blender, salad spinner, digital kitchen scale, grater, dishes, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs as well as dish and hand towels are provided. - and a dining area with dining table for up to 5 people, which can also be used as a workplace workplace. In addition to a vacuum cleaner and cordless vacuum cleaner, a small storage room contains cleaning utensils for cleaning in between. The bedroom on the first floor can be reached via the living area and is equipped with - a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, Emma mattresses) - Smart TV - a wardrobe - and also exterior blinds, which ensure a pleasant night's sleep. Via the living area you can reach the attic with an open gallery. The bright relaxation room with stunning views of nature is located on the left side with the luxury OGAWA massage chair (4D massage, precise body scanner, 23 automatic + 500 manually adjustable programs, knee massage, large touch screen). On the right is the second bedroom with - a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, Emma mattresses) - Smart TV - Dresser - and a blackout curtain for a comfortable sleep. A baby travel crib is also available. The outdoor area of our property, which is protected by a hedge, is divided into the following areas: - Wooden terrace with garden furniture for cozy barbecuing (Weber charcoal grill with grill utensils is available). - Cedar barrel sauna with 2 garden loungers and umbrella - Wooden hut with storage space, e.g. for 2 bicycles - 2 private parking spaces right in front of the vacation home Guest access The entire house and garden area can be used. Other things to note The cottage is heated by a fireplace and electric heaters. - 1x wood package is included, additional wood packages can be purchased at cost of 5.00 euros. - Electricity is billed according to usage (0.50 euros/kWh). - Towel and linen package: 15 euros per person. The beds are already made upon arrival. - A dog is very welcome and will be charged 15 euros per stay. 2 food bowls are provided. - Rental deposit to be paid in advance: 150 euros (Linen package, electricity consumption and pet fee will be deducted from the cash deposit at the end of the stay.)
