Upon your arrival in Tollgate, a wonderful community only 1.5 miles out of Sisters, you will feel the stresses of your everyday life magically drop away as you are surrounded by the serenity and beauty of a Ponderosa Pine forest within the quiet ambiance of Tollgate. The space Sorry, no pets or smoking!!! Please note all windows have been replaced in 2021 with new Milgard windows. The curved glass window in the sunroom has been updated to a large picture window and 2 skylights as shown in 2nd picture. Skylights still allow for stargazing at night in the sunroom. This unique architecturally designed, vacation house is situated on a half acre lot, surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa pine trees and back up to a Nature Conservancy. There is a drive through carport and covered entry as you enter the two level home. The upper level has a dining/living area with a wood stove, kitchen, vaulted wood ceiling, cathedral windows, sun room, and a large deck with comfy furniture. The lower level has two bedrooms each with queen beds, bathroom, and laundry room. An additional ground level deck has comfortable furniture on it. There is a gas barbecue available for spring, summer, and fall use. Stacked firewood is on-site for the wood stove in the living room area. The house has an upstairs mini-split heating and cooling system, keeps the cabin warm in winter and cool in the summer time. Your TV entertainment includes cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime to cozy up with your favorite TV show. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are available for use mid April to mid October! Guest access Within short distances there is access to fishing, boating, skiing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, shopping, eating, spa center, movie house, etc. Other things to note State and County tax fees are included in the rate.
