The apartment offers everything a traveler needs. It’s conveniently located in the city center opposite the Presidential palace near a high-level traffic crossroad. It takes about 5 minutes of walking to get to the vibrant old city center that offers monuments, restaurants, plenty of shops, and nightlife. In the same building, you will find a small cafe with delicious pancakes and a luxurious restaurant with a nightclub. In 2-4 minute walking: grocery store, fitness, bus/tram/trolley bus stops. The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a new modern apartment building with an elevator and offers a fully equipped kitchen with potable water, a king-size bed, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartment space consists of one open-plan kitchen/living room which is well equipped with everything you will need for your perfect vacation and a bedroom with a king-sized bed (200x180 cm) with reading lights and a spacious wardrobe. You will find the dining area and a lounge area with a couch & smart TV. It has one bathroom with a toilet & shower & washing machine. Fresh linens & towels & shampoo and shower gel could be provided. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is through a new modern apartment building with an elevator. The building and apartment are accessed by smart key technology enhanced by video monitoring outside the apartment. There is no reserved parking area but - parking space is available at a nearby hotel or at the streets. Or under Lafranconi bridge (good tram connection) Other things to note ! The apartment is not suitable for light sleepers (5% of all guests complained about it) because of constant low-level noise from traffic especially during the day. During night hours there is significantly less noise, but to some individuals, it still could be disturbing. Please be aware of this before booking. It is the only disadvantage of the central location of this apartment. !The apartment has quality soundproof windows to maintain a peaceful atmosphere inside. Traffic noise is therefore significantly reduced (not eliminated) also during the rush hours. Important! The building is secured by its own video security system (outside door by Great Restaurant) in addition to a private video monitoring system applied directly on the outside apartment door (RING system). It improves the security of the apartment and also of the guests. Details of monitoring could be discussed with the owner before arrival.
