It is a quiet, residential area that both visitors and locals love for the historic charm and convenient location. One of the best things about this house is it's location! You can walk to so many great places- museums, galleries, restaurants, and more. Beyond that, Albuquerque as a whole is most easily explored in a car. Uber and Lyft are widely available. This home is on a property with three other homes, all built as a farmer's family compound. You'll have Casita de Padre all to yourself, along with it's fenced front and back yard. You'll also have access to the shared guest amenities around the property, including the laundry room, parking, and seating areas.
