The space ~~~~~ Kitchen~~~~~ Ample kitchen is perfect for preparing a great meal. With bar seating and an open view to the living room, it’s easy to socialize while preparing and serving. Kitchen has all the cookware you’d expect in your own home. Crockpot, knives, pots and pans, programmable coffee maker, and mixing bowls allow you a lot of freedom to craft a great meal. The sofa is a queen-size pullout with brand new 4.5” memory foam mattress. Great spot to watch a movie together, cuddle up with a book, or play games with friends. ~~~~~ Comfy, Private Bedrooms~~~~~ Two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has it's own smart TV with WiFi. Cable TV is provided but feel free to log into any streaming service of your choosing! The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the second bathroom is directly adjacent to the guest room. Bedrooms are situated across the condo from each other, with no adjoining walls. ~~~~~ Deck, Grill, Open Space~~~~~ Master bedroom opens right onto the deck, views of open space and the recreation path and faces directly onto undeveloped, limitless National Forest land with beautiful views of Peak One and Mount Royal. This is a great spot to lounge outside, grill, have a meal, or read a book. ~~~~~ Amenities~~~~~ The condo is equipped with a gas fireplace, thermostat, and very fast WiFi so you can snuggle up with a good movie or games with friends. Guests will have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. There are both dirt trails and the Summit County recreational path adjacent to the property, offering guests walkable ways to enjoy nature and relax. ~~~~~ Access~~~~~ The Peaks Trail, offering mountain biking and hiking, is a block away from Mountainside, making it an ideal launching point for summer activities. The Summit Country recreational path is located just behind the complex. This heads to Copper Mountain (7.7 miles) or towards Breckenridge (10 miles) or to the Dillon Amphitheater (6.4 miles). Featuring smooth rides, scenic views, you have limitless miles to explore! In winter, guests are centrally located, with easy access to four of the best ski resorts Colorado has to offer (Copper Mountain (15 min drive), Keystone Resort (20 min drive), Arapahoe Basin Ski Area (25 min drive) and Breckenridge Resort (19 min drive)). Summit Stage shuttle, is a free bus service providing transportation throughout Summit County. Bus service is available to most ski areas, shopping centers, medical centers. The closest shuttle stop is about a half mile away on Main St. and 6th Ave. allowing guests access to everything Summit County has to offer without the need for a car. Mountainside is a half mile walk to Main St. allowing a nice stroll into town for a romantic night out. The Frisco Bay Marina located on the shores of Dillon Reservoir at the eastern end of Main Street, the Frisco Bay Marina is where lake life meets quintessential mountain town. Whatever water sports you’re into, odds are we’ve got the equipment and gear to make it happen. The Frisco Bay Marina rents pontoon and fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, fishing poles and so much more! There’s also a sandy beach, waterside dining, and Marina Park, which has a playground ideal for a family picnic break while the kids blow off some steam. The town of Frisco is one of Colorado’s most enchanting mountain towns. The town is home to four seasons of activities, and offers great local beer and distilleries, delicious restaurants, and arts, film, and music festivals. For a true Colorado hiking experience, Peak One/Tenmile Peak (12,805') is right out the back door, or if you're interested in "tagging a 14er", Quandary Peak (14,272’) is just 20 miles away as well. Guest access Guests have access to the use of the condo, deck, grill, and Mountainside Club House’s shared indoor swimming pool, hot tubs (three outdoor and one indoor), sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court.
