Between the Danube River and Lake Constance, the 100 m² apartment Donautal is located in the town of Meßkirch and impresses guests with its modern decor and beautiful, green surroundings. The modern apartment consists of a spacious, sunny living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC) and can therefore accommodate from 4-6 people. Other things to note Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hair dryer. A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, with a cosy lounge corner as well as a dining table and a grill. In the beautiful shared garden you will find a swimming pond where you cool down and unwind at the end of the day. From the kitchen you have a view of Werenwag castle in Donautal, giving you a first taste of the Upper Danube Nature Park. In under 4 minutes on foot you will reach the 2 closests restaurants and in approximately 20 minutes walking the centre of Meßkirch with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Furthermore, the bathing beach in the beautiful lakeside town of Ludwigshafen is a 27-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available. In addition, two e-bikes can be rented.
