Private dock and 2 kayaks (seasonal), fire pit, gas grill, & ample parking for boats and snowmobile trailer. 3 miles off 35W, 90 minutes from MSP/40 minutes south of Duluth. Easy access to Soo Line & Munger Trail. The space The Fun stuff: Outside: -Spacious Deck overlooking Sturgeon Lake w/gas grill (seasonal) -Direct water access via steps down from the cabin & private dock; 1/2 mile drive to the Sturgeon lake boat launch -2 kayaks (seasonal- dock and kayaks typically removed Sept/October) available for your use -Firepit & horseshoes -Ample parking for your toys (snowmobile, ATV, boat trailer, etc) Inside: -Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dual ovens, drip coffee pot, insta pot, crockpot, microwave, toaster -High speed wifi (100MB) works throughout the cabin - Good cell reception for At&t and Verizon (we have not tested other carriers) -Central heating & cooling! -Wood burning fireplace (BYO firewood) -Living room with large screen smart tv (roku), games, books & more -Pack and play porta-crib and high chair - Workspace with two desks in the basement -Large couch available in addition to listed beds - Sturgeon Lake is a premier fishing lake with great northern, large mouth, pan fish, and walleye fishing The Less Fun stuff: -No smoking of any substance at any time inside the home. -Pets are not allowed on the premises. -Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM -If something breaks or is not functioning properly, please let us know so we can address it during your stay. Any damaged, broken or missing items, as a result of your stay will be deducted from your security deposit. -We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during or items left behind after your stay. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. Layout: -Upstairs level includes kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with lake views and access to the deck, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with shower/tub combo). -Downstairs level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower), work space, and laundry room. Sliding doors in each downstairs bedroom with direct access to the lake! -The cabin is up on a bluff with stairs down to the lake. If you can’t do stairs, this is not the spot for you. Guest access Road and driveway stays plowed in the winter. Large driveway for 4+ cars or trailers.
