It is an apartment on two levels with a separate entrance and private courtyard, in a typical Genoese brick-red house from the 1800s. Renovated with care and passion, it has maintained the charm of an old fisherman's house. In a quiet square, 50 m from the sea, 15 min by bus from the city center. Garage included in the price. The space The front door opens onto a single airy room with light and relaxing tones with a fully equipped open kitchen and comfortable dining area overlooking the private courtyard. The environment is very welcoming and the small terrace is a delightful place to have coffee or sip an aperitif on summer evenings. A typical slate staircase leads to the living area with a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV and a large bookcase with books for adults and children. The living room occupies the central part of the floor from which you can access the sleeping area that includes two double bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom with shower, and a large, very bright room with single beds, a chat area to plan visits and sightseeing tours and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Guest access CoZy House is located in the pedestrian area where car access is prohibited. It is not allowed to reach Boccadasse by car because Via Boccadasse is a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) and if you do not respect the ban you will incur heavy fines. It is not easy to find parking in the area, but our garage, available to guests at no additional cost, is close to the house and very convenient because an elevator leads directly from the garage to the area in front of the entrance to the pedestrian area. The bus stop to the city center and train station is a 3-minute walk from the house Other things to note The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. On warm summer evenings, the rooms overlooking Via Boccadasse can be a little noisy because Boccadasse is a meeting place, a lively and very popular environment. To sleep soundly, we suggest keeping the windows closed and turning on the air conditioning by setting the desired temperature.
