You find CoZy House in the pedestrian area behind the lovely pebble beach of Boccadasse. It's a two-storey apartment with a private entrance and a small courtyard, set in an ancient brick red typical fishermen's house which dates back to the 1800s. Beautifully renovated with modern amenities it's a very comfortable place still keeping its original charm. 50 mt from the beach, in a quiet small square sheltered from the wind, 15 min by bus to the city centre. Garage free of charge. The entrance leads to a light and airy open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room stretching out into a small courtyard. The dining room is very cozy and the small terrace a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail in a peaceful environment. A typical slate staircase leads to the living area upstairs: a comfy corner sofa facing a smart TV and a big book case. From the living room centrally placed you have access to the sleeping area with two double-bedded rooms, a large bathroom with shower, and a big bright bedroom with single beds, a chitchat area with a round table to plan your sightseeing, and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are traveling by car please note that CoZy house is in a pedestrian area not accessible by car. Please be advised that Via Boccadasse is a Restricted Traffic Zone. Driving down via Boccadasse towards the beach will result in a ticket being issued. Our private garage - available to our guests free of charge - is very close to the house and is very convenient as a lift takes you directly from the garage to the entrance of the pedestrian area. The nearest bus stop to the city centre and to the railway station is at a 3 min walk from CoZy House Boccadasse is a timeless place, a fishing village made of ancient pastel coloured house in the heart of Genova. Going down to the pebble beach of Boccadasse from Sant’Antonio church is like stepping back in time. Breathing in the salt-rich air you'll feel the magic of this place, out of the bustling city but not far from the city centre. Boccadasse beach and restaurants are very popular. During weekends and in the summer time it’s a lively place especially at night when people meet to dine outdoors or just gather on the beach to chat and enjoy the starry summer nights. CoZy House Boccadasse is a perfect location to enjoy the seaside and go sightseeing. BUS Boccadasse is served by two bus lines: nr. 42  (to/from downtown) and nr. 31 (to/from Brignole railway station). You can easily purchase the bus tickets at the newsagent's in via de Gaspari just across the street up the stairs from via Boccadasse or online downloading the AMT app on your mobile phone. TAXI If you need a taxi call Radiotaxi Genova on 0105966 TRAIN The Eastern Riviera (Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino) is very handy by train from Sturla small railway station at 20 min walk from Boccadasse. Please note that only local train stop there. The sleeping area is air conditioned. In the summer time bedrooms overlooking via Boccadasse may be a bit noisy as the place is lively and crowded especially at night. Keep the windows shut and turn the A/C on for a good night's sleep.
