The bedroom has a King Size bed. Independent entrance and private garden area; reversible air conditioning; all linen, towels and beach towels supplied together with some basic necessities. Your well behaved dog is very welcome too. Very comfortable, spacious and fully-equipped independent apartment situated on the outskirts of a lively village surrounded by vineyards in the South of France, Occitanie (Languedoc-Roussilon). Suitable for a couple or a single person, this one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor to the side of our newly built home and is modern, totally independent and with its own entrance. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC and vanity unit. A hairdryer is also provided. The main living space is an open plan sitting room with two big comfortable sofas, dining area and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is a spacious 80m² on the first floor (easy stairs) and has reversible air conditioning, making it comfortable all year round. Just outside your front door there is a private garden equipped with a picnic table, bench, sun chairs and BBQ so that you can enjoy some alfresco living. There is also a dedicated off-road parking space for your car. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied together with some necessities such as hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and cleaning materials. Also some tea, coffee, sugar and other basic kitchen supplies. I will happily get some shopping in for you if you send me a list with repayment in cash against receipts on your arrival. For your security there is a smoke alarm, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are also some board games and a pack of playing cards and of course WiFi. Please note there is no television but there is a large screen with HDMI cable so that you can connect your laptop. Your well behaved dog is also very welcome. Although we, and our two dogs, live in the main house we will keep out of your way and leave you in peace. We will of course be available to help you with any queries or problems should you need us. Guest access There is a key safe/box located on the wall below the letterbox to the left of the gates. In the apartment there is a comprehensive booklet that should answer all your queries. I am usually around if you need any help and always available on the phone. Other things to note There is a dedicated parking space outside the gates, but as we have two dogs that are often in our garden we cannot give free access to our driveway. However, we are more than happy to open the gates for you to unload your car etc.
