Conveniently located off of Interstate 75, making it easy to get to restaurants, entertainment or the many nature parks in the area. *Occupancy is 6 people max* This cute condo is conveniently located right across from the complex pool! Upon entering the home, guest will see a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a yummy meal. We have recently purchased new living room sofa's that house a full sized bed for those with larger groups. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom where guests can sprawl out and get cozy! Please enjoy our back porch and listen to the sounds of nature as you kick back with a good book. Lastly, our washer and dryer are open to guests and is located off the back porch. The key is on the fridge. Guests will have access to the entire unit. Guests will not be sharing homes or rooms with other guests. There is one locked closet that guests will not have access to - we keep extra supplies and tools in this closet. Gainesville is home to the University of Florida, Shands Medical Center, and our downtown scene is trendy, hip, and fun. Come check out a home game, find a cozy place to call home during your medical appointments, or simply stop by and enjoy a walk downtown. With our seemingly endless supply of fantastic restaurants, breweries, and weekly line-up of events, you are bound to find something great to get into on your trip! This home is located close to the The Oaks Mall, Splitz Bowling Alley, Yomato Japanese Steakhouse and many more restaurants and shopping! With the hospital just five minutes away, and downtown being ten this convenient location offers guests a chance for some peace a quiet, while still being in close proximity to UF, Downtown, and all of UF's Medical Centers. This location is under 5 minutes from the Oaks Mall and local restaurants. Under 15 minutes to the University of Florida campus and its teaching hospitals.
