It is centrally located near shopping centers, restaurants, art and entertainment places. The space As you enter the property you face the driveway which can fit three cars. Pass the main door and you walk into the hallway, and you appreciate an open floor plan that connects the kitchen to the dining room and lanai for easy communication with the guests. The kitchen with its granite countertops, bar-sitting stools and coffee/tea station is fully equipped. The dining table is all set and can sit six guests. The living room has a very comfortable leather sectional with three recliners and a 65”-smart TV connected to high-speed internet. The master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, 50”-smart TV and a master bathroom connects to the lanai for easy access to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and ample sunlight with easy access to the guest bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen bed directly connecting to the guest bathroom. The lanai is a perfect place to sit down, read, rest, have some coffee/tea or snacks and just relax! As you exit the lanai you can appreciate the new ingrown salt water stunning swimming heated pool and spa with water and fired bowls. You can also appreciate the landscaping with beautiful palms, different plants and grass. There are outdoor tables, chairs, umbrella, and a grill. We also have a washer and a dryer inside the house for your convenience. There are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a small and a large cooler and a wagon ready for you to go enjoy the beach. We have bicycles and helmets for your enjoyment of the tranquil neighborhood. Guest access My guests have access to the entire house. Cars are not permitted in the garage. Other things to note The house is just blocks away from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park which was recently named number nine on the top ten USA beaches list. The house is centrally located to what Naples has to offer. Right around the corner you can enjoy the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, the Lighthouse and La Playa. Just a short drive away, you will encounter Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, fine restaurants, and bars at Mercato, Fleming's Steakhouse, the Pavilion Shopping Center, Artis Naples, Pelican Bay Marketplace, and movie theaters. In just a 7-minute drive you are at Waterside Shops, an upscale, luxury open-air mall. Old Naples and 5th Avenue shopping and dining is just 15-minute drive away.
