The villa is over 200m². - Only 900m from Hoi An Ancient Town, 4km from An Bang Beach and Cua Dai Beach. - Fully equipped with cooking utensils, BBQ. - All rooms have airy windows. The space PLACE: - The house is designed in a modern, comfortable and cozy style with 2 floors suitable for groups of friends and families. - Villa consists of 5 rooms, 6 WCs: * 1 Family: Bed 1m6 + 1m6 * 1 Family: 1m4 + 1m4 bed * 3 Double: 1m6 or 1m8 bed - Fully furnished, comfortable - Spacious, airy, clean. - Bedroom with airy windows. - Large bathrooms, all rooms have hot water. - All rooms have TV, wifi... - Spacious and comfortable dining room. Kitchen with full utensils, cups and BBQ oven HOME STRUCTURE - 1st floor: + 1 living room + 1 shared WC + Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ + 1 Family bedroom with an inside bathroom and garden view. 2nd floor: + 4 bedrooms (1 family, 3 Double) & restrooms in each room. *Our house is your house, so make yourself at home. Make this space your own. If you have ideas to help us improve the guest experience, let us know. * All your requests, questions and complaints (if any) will be resolved by me as soon as possible. *I have a security camera right at the entrance to keep you safe during your stay at my home, it is not used to monitor you. If you're uncomfortable, let me know and I'll turn it off right away. - BREAKFAST SERVICE AT HOMESTAY The price DOES NOT INCLUDE breakfast. You can have breakfast served at the villa by our housekeeper for an extra fee. If you'd like to book in advance, please let me know beforehand so we can prepare. - BBQ: BBQ can be served at home. If you want to book in advance, please let me know beforehand so we can prepare. - DAILY CLEANING: Our staff will clean every 2 days and change towels once a day (except on check-out day). Cleaning time will be arranged depending on availability. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: ★ The whole house is yours, you have access to all the equipment and amenities in my house, please treat it as your second home. ★ The house is protected by a solid door, the location is very easy to find for you. ★ The entire apartment ensures a comfortable private space. ★ Homestay has a host who lives with and supports guests. ★ Homestay has Bluetooth speakers available, you can turn on music to relax. - FREE UTILITIES: * WIFI - High-speed wireless internet * TV available in bedrooms * Hair dryer, slippers in all bedrooms * Kitchen and utensils. * BBQ oven * Towels and blankets are washed according to hotel standards * International power outlet (220V) in all rooms. Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Homestay has a host. No keys are handed over. - Before check-in: We will send you a message to confirm your booking and provide you with all the information to help you check in smoothly. So you can reach out to us anytime for assistance during your stay via Airbnb or any other chat app (We have all kinds of apps). * Late check-in: There is no limit in check-in time. You can check-in no matter how late it is. But please try to let us know what time you can arrive. * Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you until you return to check-in. - During your stay: We help you take care of everything during your stay and assist you in arranging your trip in Hoi An and surrounding areas (Da Nang city, Ba Na Hills, Hue city, Cu Lao Cham...). - When you check in, please give us your passport so we can take a photo for temporary residence declaration under Vietnamese law. - Our staff can help you arrange transportation to Da Nang airport. The fee is much lower than the cost you pay for a regular taxi. - You can go to the private yard to have fun or organize a BBQ party. We also provide BBQ Package service or some equipment and materials for BBQ: charcoal grill, BBQ oven. Once you're done, if you clean everything yourself, we don't charge a fee, but if you need a cleaning service, it costs about $25. We have breakfast service at Homestay with famous local dishes. - We recommend you to use our car transfer service because of its reasonable price and safety. We offer you a much cheaper price than Grab and Taxi. In particular, when using our car service, we will take care of and be responsible for what we provide. - We currently operate 8 Villas in Hoi An and Da Nang. The condition of the house is always guaranteed to be the best, along with hygiene standards. The results are shown by the early booking rate that you can check. - Our team of housekeepers is professionally trained in professionalism and dedication, and will always be available to assist you during your stay. - Please keep quiet after 10 pm, please if you go out and come back after 10 pm, you should not make noise for the neighbors, thank you!
