Flint Barn is a cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom self-contained barn accommodating up to 4 guests and 2 four legged friends in comfort. Situated in the stunning village of Bramerton it's the perfect base to discover all that Norfolk offers, located on the edge of the Broads and just a 10 minute drive to the centre of Norwich. The Barn is equipped with all you’ll need for your stay. There’s an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area and 2 bedrooms - with a shower, bathroom & private garden. The space Flint Barn is a stunning 2 bedroom self-contained home from home in South Norfolk - just ten minutes from Norwich City centre and on the edge of The Broads. It offers an open plan living and dining area, well equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you'll need and private, enclosed courtyard garden. The super comfortable living room also has a woodburner for those chilly evenings - perfect after a long day exploring the best that Norfolk has to offer! A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. You'll have all the utensils and cooking appliances you'll need for your stay. There are two good sized bedrooms. One has a super comfortable double bed with plenty of storage space. The other has adult size bunk beds. You'll also enjoy a great shower room and separate WC. Large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 guests but super comfortable, the barn is heated with electric and fully controllable panel heaters throughout and enjoys superfast broadband and a Smart TV. You’ll enjoy sole access to a private, enclosed and secluded courtyard garden, with outdoor garden furniture and barbecue. There is private parking for up to two vehicles and for those with Electric Vehicles - we have a 22KW EV Charger on site available at a cost. We also have a dedicated shed for those wishing to bring and store their Bikes if exploring The Broads on two wheels. Guest access Guests have sole and undisturbed use of Flint Barn for the duration of their stay. There are two bedrooms, shower room, bathroom and open plan living area, kitchen and dining area. There's also a private courtyard garden with barbecue for sole use of guests. Other things to note Flint Barn accommodates up to four guests comfortably. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome per stay. There is private parking for up to two cars on the drive outside the barn and Electric Vehicle Charging is available. The property is on one level so suitable for those with mobility issues.
