The apartment is fully equipped with towels and dishes. Both Dortmund Central Station and the pedestrian zone can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by the nearby tram. Free parking options are available in the area. The space Your apartment is on the ground floor of a newly renovated old building. During the recent renovation, all style elements were retained and brought back to life. The high ceilings and large windows in combination with the modern decor create a wonderful atmosphere in which you can feel right at home. The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cater for yourself during your stay. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a variety of useful appliances. In addition to the basic equipment such as pots, pans and sharp knives, this also includes a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso capsule machine. A small selection of matching coffee capsules is also provided free of charge in the apartment. The dining table in the kitchen has enough space for 2 people. In the bedroom of the apartment there is a 180 x 200 box spring bed. The bed can easily be divided into two single beds with a hook system if necessary. Sufficient blankets and pillows as well as fresh covers are of course also available for you. The dimmable bedside lamps with USB connection offer you the opportunity to create the atmosphere of the bedroom yourself. The bedroom also has a large HD TV. All common streaming services such as Netflix and Zattoo are available free of charge during the stay. There is also free Wi-Fi access. The bedroom also offers a large desk where you can work easily and relaxed. Of course, you don't have to live out of a suitcase during your stay. So you also have the option of storing your luggage in a large, modern wardrobe in the bedroom. It has different sized compartments for your clothes as well as a clothes rail including hangers. In addition, there is an ironing board and an iron in the apartment. The bathroom was also given a generous upgrade as part of the renovation. In addition to the large walk-in shower, including a rain shower, there is also a large illuminated mirror. In the bathroom you will also find a powerful hairdryer, as well as a first aid kit. The apartment is located in a residential area in a central location to downtown Dortmund. Due to the immediate proximity to the city center, you will experience a special city center flair. 

Thanks to the adjacent main road, it offers excellent transport links to both the highway and all districts of Dortmund. In recent years, the entire house has been extensively renovated and refurbished by the landlord. Currently, only minor work is being carried out in the rear courtyard in order to renovate it with the same care and quality as the rest of the house. Please note that your apartment is located in an apartment building where all apartments are provided for guests.
