White Pearl - New BEDS & New shower - 27m2 Studio

27m2 Comfortable and private studio, located in Savamala. Walk distance from main tourist attractions, night life areas, cafes, and restorans, but quiet and cozy. A MINI RENOVATION of the apartment was done in October 2025. !!! We made a new shower cabin and bought two new beds! A double bed and a sofa bed. Guests and their comfort are always our top priority. I look forward to the new memories they will bring from both our small apartment and the cheerful Beorad. The space The apartment consists of one spacious room, kitchen and bathroom. Spacious room consists of living room and bedroom, visually divided. There is a 160x200 king size bed in the bedroom. Living room has a white pull-out sofa, when it's open it's as comfortable as regular king size bed. There is also a flat TV, free WiFi and desk for working with laptop. Kitchen is equipped with all needed for normal everyday life. Guest access As a Guest you will have an entire property to yourself. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary to have a comfortable stay, such as: flat screen TV, WiFi, heating, fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board .The apartment will be fully yours during your stay.
