New furnace and A/C units to make your inside time perfectly pleasant! The space Fresh furniture and decor makes this a fun place to spend time at when you're away! Great for a couples haven or for a group of 5 or less. Guest access You'll be given your own private access code. Guests have full access to the townhouse. This is NOT a shared space with anyone else during your stay. There are 3 parking spaces with one being in the garage. Please be sure to only park in front of this unit and not block a neighbor's space. :) Other things to note Please note: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties/events. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.
