Our stylish loft is located in the heart of Orenco Station, putting everything you need right at your doorstep. Enjoy easy access to New Seasons Market, a wide variety of international restaurants, fitness centers, tempting shops, and Orenco’s beautiful Central Park. The MAX Light Rail and Intel campuses are just a short walk away. Whether you're here for business, pleasure, work, or wine tasting, conference events or coastal adventures, this is the perfect home away from home! The space Step upstairs and into a loft that truly captures the spirit of "loft living"! Your tour begins with a fully equipped Euro-style kitchen — stocked down to the flatware and chopsticks. Look up and take in the soaring 28-foot open beam ceilings, giving the space a fresh, airy feel. Kick back and relax on the leather sectional, with cable and WiFi ready for all your streaming and chilling needs. An industrial-chic steel and wood staircase leads to the open sleeping loft, complete with a dedicated desk area, generous closet space, in-unit laundry, and a stylish bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. And yes — you'll find luxury touches like a towel warmer and heated floor tiles. It’s all the comfort you didn’t know you needed! Guest access Its all yours! Other things to note *Please note the following updates and changes to align with the current Covid19 status* Enhanced Cleaning & Social Distancing procedures: All surfaces are extensively disinfected prior to our guest’s arrival.  All linens & towels are removed and added back after cleaning & disinfecting.  Disinfecting wipes, disinfectant spray, as well as gloves, are available in the Loft.  We also have masks available upon request.  We normally meet our guests, to check-in and familiarize with the loft. We now will be greeting guests, donned in gloves and masks. However, if a guest would prefer, a request for “social distancing check-in” will be provided, allowing the guest to self-check-in & check-out. We welcome any questions and will accommodate every request to our fullest ability.
