Our cool loft is right in the heart of Orenco Station. Everything you need includes New Seasons Market, a plethora of restaurants offering international cuisine, fitness centers, tempting shopping options, and Orenco's very own Central Park! The Max Light Rail and Intel are also just minutes walking distance. Whether it's business or pleasure, working or wine tasting, conference or coastal exploring, this is the best place to call home, away from home! The space Walk up the stairs, and into a loft that checks all the boxes of "loft living"! The euro-style kitchen, outfitted completely, to the flatware and chopsticks, start your inside tour. Look up-28 foot open beam ceiling! Breathing room! The leather sectional and cable/wifi, spell "CHILL!" The industrial style steel and wood stairs lead up to the open sleeping loft, a separate space for the desk, ample closet space, laundry, and bathroom, with tub/shower combo. WAIT! YES! A towel warmer AND heated floor tiles! Perfect! Guest access Its all yours! Other things to note *Please note the following updates and changes to align with the current Covid19 status* Enhanced Cleaning & Social Distancing procedures: All surfaces are extensively disinfected prior to our guest’s arrival.  All linens & towels are removed and added back after cleaning & disinfecting.  Disinfecting wipes, disinfectant spray, as well as gloves, are available in the Loft.  We also have masks available upon request.  We normally meet our guests, to check-in and familiarize with the loft. We now will be greeting guests, donned in gloves and masks. However, if a guest would prefer, a request for “social distancing check-in” will be provided, allowing the guest to self-check-in & check-out. We welcome any questions and will accommodate every request to our fullest ability.
