No chore list! Quiet 4 bedroom/3 bath home on the American River bluff above the San Juan Rapids. Breathtaking river views from the backyard, all 3 upstairs bedrooms, family rm, kitchen & both dining rooms. With private lawn, deck, bbq and expansive gardens. Laundry and well-equipped chef's kitchen, flatscreen TVs with Roku in living rm and all 4 bedrooms. 20 min to downtown Sac, Sac airport and 1.5 hrs to Lake Tahoe. Walking distance from Bannister Park’s river access and scenic bike trails. The space This is a lovely 4 bed/3 bath house on a quiet leafy property above the American River. We (the owners and hosts) live in a separate house on the property. You may see us in passing in the driveway, but there are no shared indoor or yard spaces and we aim to give you as much privacy as you need during your stay. We are quite literally a mom and pop operation and don't use a property manager, so while we may not fold your bath towels into a swan, there will always be someone available to answer questions or help out with any issues. Guest access Two off-street parking spaces are provided. We are limited by our license to two cars per group and there is no off-street parking available. Other things to note Please note that we absolutely cannot host parties or events of any kind. Your bridal shower/baby shower/memorial luncheon/pre-wedding photography session/family reunion dinner sounds lovely, but our short-term rental license forbids parties, more than 8 guests, or more than two cars per guest group at a time. Please don't ask, so we don't have to tell you no! While we have amazing views of the river perched atop the bluff, we do not have river access from the property. River access is available quite nearby from several popular parks and raft/kayak launch points. Our natural riverside setting does mean we are occasionally visited by wildlife such as bobcats, coyotes, and rattlesnakes. Please be mindful when enjoying our outdoor spaces.
