Peaceful and spacious, away from the tourist crowds, laid out on two levels, our home is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four. Our property is in the middle of the distance between Fira and Oia with easy access to the whole island. Sea views from the front, and mountain views from the rear make this house ideal for a perfect vacation. A beautiful garden surrounds the property. The space The upper level has the master bedroom with an en suit bathroom, as well as a balcony to watch your most memorable sunrises from. The ground level consists of a living room with a sofa/bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for up to 6 people, and a bathroom with shower. The villa looks out to an airy and shady patio with table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink or having lunch or dinner with beautiful sea views. The patio is surrounded by a garden with various flowers, trees and an exquisite collection of cactus. Olive, fig, grape, lemon, pine and ficus trees give to the otherwise barren grounds of the island a very different feeling. A variety of small birds is attracted by the shade provided by the trees, blessing us with their singing. If the time is right, you can taste the fruit right off the trees. In the rear, there is a second patio equipped with a comfortable day-bed facing the volcanic slopes for a perfect chill out after the heat of the day. Tastefully decorated, the house will make you feel at home. Our purpose is to make guests feel that they move to their own holiday house in Santorini. There is laundry facility in this villa. If you are lucky to be here with a full moon the setting is magical. Guest access By a fishermen's port, and looking at the sea, this house is conveniently located between Fira and Oia, the two prime destinations of Santorini. We are about 8km from either of these two centers. Nearest restaurant and small market are less than 3km in the village of Vourvoulos. A quiet sandy beach is at walking distance only 700 meters away. The nearest organized beach, Vourvoulos beach, is just 2.5 km from the house. Many more taverns and restaurants as well as super markets, tourist offices, and rental car agencies can be found at Fira or Oia. The airport is a twenty minute drive and the port about 40 minutes. Santorini is a very small island. Everything is close-by. You will need to rent a car for your stay.
