This 2600 sq ft house has a spectacular view of the lake and is just two miles from two different boat ramps right onto Buck Creek which connects to Lake Cumberland. Finalize your drive, park your boat and unwind in this secluded five bedroom, three bath home with top notch bedding, cookware and amenities others may not offer. Safety and security of our guests is our #1 priority. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and require time between visitors to clean to the extent of the CDC guidelines. Our digital access app allows for less handling of physical keys that others may use as well. Each new set of guests will have their own code for the security app. Please be sure to check your email for your security code and write it down and keep it inside your wallet or anything you always have on you. It will disable the alarm system and unlock the door. If the alarm does go off please do not stress, it is just noisy. I left two phone #s if you have any questions or need anything. I will touch base with you shortly before your arrival to make sure you are all set with instructions etc. This is our first time providing this Lake Cumberland house as a vacation get-away so we did our best to make sure we covered all the bases, everything in the kitchen is new and will be kept spotless between visitors. In this last week before Memorial Day weekend we are spreading the gravel for the boat parking, weeding, setting up Tiki Torches, getting firewood, waiting on nightstands to arrive for the master suite, adding more décor etc. so I will update pictures on this ad as they get completed. We still have a couple counter stains but the smell has been cleared out completely. We hope you love this place as much as we do because we really like being able to share it with others. Some navigation systems dont see it that way. The kitchen is fully stocked spices, crock pots, ceramic pans, immersion blender and other things many people forget. We provide 4 or 5 types of coffee including Seattle's Best dark and medium, Community Choice dark and medium, and Dunkin, with decaf options as well. Just let us know which you would like us to leave out. I really want people to be able to enjoy the movie theatre, so I set it up so that you get IMAX sound and even Dolby's Atmospheric fly-over sounds. Please be sure to use coasters on the theater drink consoles if your drinks do not fit. Please check our rules out and take good care of the home as any damages will be billed through AIRBNB to compensate.
