An area of great palaces from the glory days of this magnificent bay. A spectacular place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy good food and a lot of tradition. Guest access The apartment has independent access with another twin apartment. Despite this, please maintain the correct rules of behavior and decorum since it is a very quiet area of correct and respectful neighbors. The apartment is located in a private garden area with a general concierge and gardeners for maintenance. Other things to note The house has central heating, but if more temperature is needed, it has two heat pumps. The lighting as well as some other elements are managed with a home automation system that we will explain on arrival to make the stay a more comfortable place, it also has Wi_Fi and an ambient sound system that connects via Bluetooth with any smartphone / Iphone or similar.
