This cozy home is just 1.5 miles from Acrisure Stadium and the fun filled North Shore. This home has free off street parking for up to 4 cars and free street parking . The space Welcome to my cozy home filled with character, love and wonderful views. It’s a gem in the quiet neighborhood of Esplen/Sheraden. You will enjoy your stay in this clean, quiet and cozy home. There is an active railroad track approximately 90 yards from my back door. I have lived in this home and have gotten use to my neighborhood noises. The train is not constant but can be heard from my property. My home is a ‘snap shot’ of Pittsburgh from the Ohio River views, the railroad, city skyline, bridges and Heinz Field in the back drop. If you want a glimpse of “The Burgh”, this is where you want to stay. You must be respectful of the peaceful neighbors and their property lines. Quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. NO PARTIES or EVENTS are permitted at this address. Local guests are not permitted to book without the owner’s permission. NO videography or photo shooting without written consent. NO PETS are permitted at this address. NO illegal contraband, no smoking or vaping is permitted at this short term rental. There is plenty of private outdoor space for smokers. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the basement (used for storage). There is a weight limitation of 6 adults on the second floor wooden deck outside bedroom #1. However, you should bring your camera and binoculars, the best views are from this deck. Parking: Off street parking pad is available to you. This parking pad (adjacent to house) fits up to 4 vehicles. Rockyhill Street does have on-street parking however, it is a narrow street.
