The space Located adjacent to the scenic cross-country ski trail and just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, this condo is also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the local market. The free Park City bus system stops right outside the complex, offering seamless access to everything in town. Inside, you’ll find a classic mountain design with a few modern touches, including a brand-new gas fireplace in the living room and a new refrigerator in the fully equipped kitchen. The main floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath, while upstairs hosts two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second bedroom includes two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space for guests. Park Avenue # is located close to the seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened during the Summer; closed Fall and Winter) and year-round hot tub area, making après-ski relaxation especially convenient. Other community amenities include a sauna, changing facilities with showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Covered carport parking is also included. Guests check in through our easy “Direct to Condo” process. A pre-registration form must be completed in advance to receive your personal access code. While housekeeping services are not included with your stay, they are available for purchase with advance notice by contacting our Guest Services office.
