Welcome to Eagle Point Cottage, a modern-chic escape nestled along the scenic Tay Trail and Georgian Bay. 🥾Backs onto the scenic Tay Trail and Georgian Bay 💧Private hot tub and stand alone sauna building 🔥Natural gas BBQ and firepit in a quiet, fenced backyard 🌐High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house 🛏️Sleeps 6 guests in the main house + 2 guests in a heated/cooled bunkie The space We have 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms in the main house to sleep 6 comfortably, and a bunkie that has a heater/a/c in the backyard to sleep an additional 2. New appliances, & new beds and mattresses, microwave oven and dishwasher are available in the fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal. Two full washrooms are available. We provide clean bedding, bath towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper for all of our guests - just bring yourself and a few essentials! Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a hot Sauna in a separate building on the property. We are not directly on the waterfront, but you can access the water across the trail from the cottage, a few meters from the backyard. We have our canoe and 2 kayaks with life jackets you can use at your own risk. There is a public access point where you can take the canoe or kayak's out right across the trail. The Waubausene beach is a 5 minute walk or there are several additional beaches a short drive away. We provide you with clean bedding, shampoo, body wash, soap, and hand towels to make your stay as relaxed as possible. We are on municipal water which is safe to drink, bathe and cook with. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items to make great meals, including saran wrap, foil, introductory Tassimo coffee pods, tea, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and a few other herbs and spices. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Other things to note Wifi is available throughout the house. Netflix is available on the Roku TV, small beach is a 5 min walk on the Tay Trail. ***PARKING***, we only have parking available for 3 cars and we can not accommodate additional cars on the property. Parking on the street is prohibited and enforced
