There is an additional living room with large tv and one very roomy bathroom and a half bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have doors to the deck outdoors. It is a very fun layout for a large group. The private association beach is a short 5 to 10 min walk. Few items to note: The farmhouse is located over a private railroad crossing. Typically 2 Amtraks and freight train will pass a day, Caution needs to be taken when crossing by looking both ways always. There is central AC in the bedroom wing and window units in the 2 upper level bedrooms in the main house. The livingroom and kitchen have no AC.
