There are also plenty of seating areas that can accommodate group conversations or games, along with individual seating where you can enjoy a good book. There is free Wifi, four smart TVs, and ceiling fans throughout the house. It also has two separate thermostats that control each level's central heat. Main floor (Living / Dining / Kitchen / Bedrooms): Enjoy your view of nature peering outside through the large window wall in the main living area, where you can also cozy up to a fire in the gas fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen area includes a large breakfast bar, a dining room, a refreshment/coffee bar and a pantry. Two large bedrooms and a large bathroom are on the main floor, along with a laundry room and an additional half bath. Downstairs (Gameroom / Bedrooms): Downstairs is another large, cozy living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The game room has a pool table, smart tv, and a kiva fireplace (firewood available upon request). One bedroom is a suite with a private, attached bathroom. There is also a kitchenette tucked away downstairs for your morning wake-up drink and a stackable washer and dryer set that is useful for extra loads of laundry. There is also a ping pong table and a cornhole set downstairs for additional gaming. Outdoors: There are multiple ways to access the full-length back deck that stretches across the house on both levels and provides six separate seating areas. The deck overlooks the secluded 4.6 acre, wooded meadow below that adjoins to the hiking and biking trail network. Location: One of the best features of this property is the location.
