The living room has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the garden equipped with table and chairs. The between the living room and the kitchen there is a large table that seats up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony; two smaller bedrooms are furnished with modular single beds but can be used also as twins pulling the second bed under the first; the 4th bedroom is found in the basement and features a French size bed 140 cm wide and 190 cm long mattress. Two bathrooms are fitted with showers, one with bathtub. The property also has a spacious basement with another double sofa-bed, large Tv, table and chairs, used as entertainment room or playroom for families with children. The technological features of the property include an air conditioning system, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart Tv, Bluetooth speakers and the other basic electrical appliances. The facilities of the residence include free car parking, reception office, laundry room and plenty of relaxing communal outdoor spaces conceived for socializing with other guests and the local staff. The villa is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, family reunions and can accommodate up to 10 people.
