Great location Crosslake with hot tub!

Great location in town and on the chain with plenty of room to sleep. Tons of things to do all year round. Swim from our sandy shoreline, fish from the dock, bike into town for ice cream, mini golf and more. Ride from the cabin on ATV and snowmobile to hit the trails. Close to the community center that offer’s pickle ball, tennis, basketball, cross country ski trails, and a dog park. Enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, Ping pong, and dock where you can tie your boat up. Great fun for the whole family! The space Property is located on a residential dead end road with neighboring cabins on each side close to public boat launch and beach. Close to walking paths, walk to Manhattan beach or bike into town. Cabin is centrally located on the chain of lakes for easy access to all the lakes and restaurants. There is a 5 person hot tub, fire pit, and new large deck with grill that overlooks the lake. There is a small attached garage with a ping pong table. The cabin has 4 bedrooms. Master upstairs with attached bath and the other 3 downstairs. Bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen and twin bunks and the other has 2 queens and a trundle bed with two single beds. The other bedroom downstairs was a small office and now has a double bed-so it's cozy. 1/2 bath upstairs off entry and 3/4 bath downstairs. Walk out basement with patio below deck with hot tub under deck. There are 20 stairs going down to the lake to a sandy lakeshore. A new sand box was added to the shore line in spring of 2023. There is a washer and dryer and extra refrigerator in the basement mechanical room. There is a ping pong table in the garage. There are 3 sitting areas in the cabin 2 have TV's with Rokus. Those two sitting areas also have full size bed pullouts. At this time we do not have shades/blinds in the sitting areas where the pullouts are. Two pets are allowed under 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs needs to be approved. The pet fee is $75.00 per pet per stay. Please note during the winter months the driveway will be plowed but we do not use any salt on the walkways, deck or patio due to the lake contamination. These areas can get icy. There will be shovels available for the walkways and patio if needed. You may also need to shovel a path to the grill and or hot tub during winter. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Including dock to tie up boat. Other things to note Sorry we do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties. Once booking is approved renter(s) need to provide an email where we can send our rental agreement per our insurance policy and agree and sign our rental agreement with-in 48 hours of booking in order to keep the booking.
