Just 15 minutes to Baylor campus and Magnolia Market, you can visit all the hot spots and escape to relax. This is one of 4 tiny houses available on our 30 acre property, with 20 rooms total at Gathering Oaks Retreat. Enjoy the games in the courtyard, swimming pool, picnic tables and nature. The space This gem is a rare find, far enough out to set the mood for a relaxing getaway, but about 15 minutes to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions! You can't go wrong as you enjoy a little bit of everything! This tiny house offers a day bed with a twin trundle underneath! Best suited for two adults and two kids. This tiny house is usually rented as a full property buyout and has limited availability. Pet friendly with a $100 fee for your whole stay with a max of two dogs. Guest access Guests have access to a shared pool and seasonal hot tub. Hot tub can be heated remotely for a $50 fee per hour October through February. We do not have natural gas and the hot tub does not stay heated continuously due to the increased cost of propane. Guests also have access to the fire pit. Feel free to bring your own wood and starter log or request a fire set up for $50 and light at your convenience. Hot tub and fire pit requests should be made before noon. Feel free to use any outdoor furniture on property, and enjoy the playground and games! Other things to note One queen bed and one daybed with twin trundle underneath.
