Comfortable equipped vacation home in the middle of St.Dionys between Heide and Elbe. An enchant, natural garden, 2 terraces and a little splashing fountain invite to relax and linger. The single half-timbered house gives place for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms.An open living room with dining area and fireplace, 2 bathrooms and full equipped kitchen plus pantry, additionally at least 4 parking spaces are free to use during your stay. Pets (cats and dogs) allowed according to arrangement before. The space 2 queen-size bed (160x200cm), 1 double bed (140x200cm), 1-2 sleeping sofa (140x200cm), 2 Baby traveling beds. Every bedroom is equipped with storage facility to hand and put clothes.2 bedrooms equipped with working desks. 2 baby chairs (6months up to 10 years). Guest access 2-3 parking spaces in front of main entrance. 2-3 parking spaces in the backyard behind the house to be entered via courtyard entrance next to pedestrian crossing. Other things to note Due to the fact, that our vacation home is a rather old house, it can become a little cold feeded. Both Bathrooms do have underfloor heating. *** Pets: Allowed to bring your cats and dogs according to prior arrangement. Please inform yourself about local and seasonal rules and laws when it comes to leash duty. Please consider, that garden is not fully fenced in. In the neighborhood you will find other pets such as dogs, cats and chicken. From time to time wild animals such as deers come along and visit. DO NOT FEED WILD ANIMALS AND PETS FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD. *** Family with children: both Baby travel beds are from HAUCK. Both Baby Chairs (from 6months to 10 years) are from TIGGO. incl. pillow, tablet and belt. not all plugs are secured for children. *** If you want to use the Barbecue Grill please bring your own charcoal. Attention please: Old part of village has loth of thatched roof houses.
