Enjoy the magic of Altea! The space This comfortable and luminous studio of 40 m2 is located on the first line of the beach in Altea. The studio is divided into a living area with a single sofa bed and TV as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. It also has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We recommend it for two people for comfort but in total, it has a double bed and two single sofa beds. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bedding and hand soap are included. The studio is equipped with heating and air conditioning through a heat pump split, and a small radiator in the bathroom. It has an outside parking inside the urbanization, we provide a control to enter and exit.
