SeaGlass Cottage: Incredible waterfront Retreat!

SeaGlass is an absolutely magical cottage that sits right on the edge of Linekin Bay and is surrounded by stunning beauty and nature. There are breathtaking sunsets, panoramic water views throughout the cottage and a massive 200' long deep-water dock with a large sundeck and rocky tidal area. Bring your kayak or stand-up paddle board! There are some treasures to be found, such as buoys and shells, but despite the name, there’s not any Seaglass. Check-out this perfect, private Maine escape. The space Seaglass is a very interesting and unique space. It was originally a small fish shack that has been expanded over the years. It has high ceilings, exposed beams and wainscotting throughout. It was decorated in fun coastal colors, and has all sorts of little nooks where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine. The bedroom is a second floor loft that is accessed by a small spiral staircase. The bathroom is on the main level. The space is small and well- designed, and is very much like being on a boat with the incredible views and well-utilized space. Guest access Guests park up by the road, near the owner's house. They have to walk past the house and down an unpaved hill of about 85 yards to the cottage below. Please note that the owner has a small friendly dog, Linnie, who may greet you as you walk by. The owner keeps her boat at your dock but considers it to be your private space and will only use it to access her boat on occassion. Other things to note Seaglass is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It is accessed by a walk of some 85 yards, down a grassy hill. The Owner provides pull-carts to assist with luggage. The dock can accommodate small non-motorized boats only, such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and canoes. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
