In the heart of Fécamp, in a traditional and welcoming fisherman's house, come and enjoy the beach just a stone's throw away. Very comfortable and suitable for 7 guests, it has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The house also includes an inner courtyard where you can enjoy the barbecue and the Normandy sun! The house was completely renovated in 2021. The space A fisherman's house as there were many at the time of the "Terre-Neuvas" (fishing boat going cod fishing to Saint-Pierre and Miquelon). Fully equipped, it is perfectly suited to accommodate 7 adults or children (and a baby) with its 4 bedrooms. The connected lock will allow you to arrive in total autonomy. The house is equipped with fiber optic, allowing you quality Wi-Fi access. We are committed to providing the same comfort to everyone, so there is no sofa bed but real beds with quality bedding. Barbecue, garden table and armchairs, large sofas, large TV, games: the house is suitable for any season and any weather. It is close to all the points of interest of Fécamp and allows you to live without a car during the stay. Please note: sheets and towels are not included (see below). On the ground floor, you will find a living room with large sofas, a dining room with a large wooden table and 7 chairs, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, etc.) and 1 separate toilet. The inner courtyard has a table with armchairs and cushions, the barbecue completes the picture. On the first floor, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed allows the possible installation of the baby cot. This room has a teleworking space hidden in a closet offering an additional screen and an ethernet connection to the fiber network. On this floor, there is the bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor, three bedrooms: 1 with double bed 140 x 190, 1 with 2 single beds 90 x 190 and 1 with 1 single bed 90 x 190. The house is equipped with basic amenities (soap and toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc.). You can rent sheets and towels in addition (€15 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed, €7 for a set of 2 towels).
