There is no additional fee for heating the pool. the heated pool is a complimentary and not guaranteed. There is always a possibility for some cold days when the cooling of the pool is faster than heating or some technical issues. In these cases nil reimburses will be issued to a guest since the heating is a complimentary. The pool temperature will be around 82 degrees. We have a very reliable Internet service, but in cases of hurricanes or any other unpredictable weather to technical circumstances, the Internet is complimentary and not guaranteed. The entire house is yours to enjoy your stay in Sarasota! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the pool. Parking is available on the premises. We have 2 cameras installed at the entrances solely for your security. All cameras has motion sensors/sound 24/7. We respect your privacy: all cameras are facing outside (driveway) and there are no cameras inside the house or in the pool area.
