Evenings settle gently here, with outdoor lounging and unhurried dinners shared after a day spent exploring or simply unwinding. This entire home is thoughtfully set up for couples, friends, families, or a work-from-home getaway. With space for up to seven guests, the house comfortably sleeps six in beds and offers additional sleeping options when needed. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace in a common area make it easy to balance productivity with relaxation. Sleeping arrangements The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a view of the backyard, and a smart TV. A guest suite offers a queen bed and smart TV, while the second guest suite includes two twin beds and its own smart TV. For added flexibility, there is a couch, air mattress, and a crib available upon request. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re cooking together after a beach day or enjoying a quiet breakfast before heading out. Indoor dining seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Coffee lovers can enjoy both drip coffee and espresso options. Bathroom essentials and household basics are provided to keep your stay comfortable and easy. Outdoor living Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard designed for laid-back outdoor living. The pool is available year-round, with heating offered seasonally and possibly for an additional cost. Sun loungers, an outdoor living area, and a dining space invite you to spend time outdoors, while a gas BBQ grill makes casual meals simple. An outdoor shower adds convenience after beach or pool time. Family-friendly features Traveling with little ones is made easier with family-friendly amenities available upon request, including a crib, Pack ’n Play, and high chair. Children’s books, toys, and dinnerware help everyone feel at home. Location The home is set in a walkable neighborhood close to local restaurants, grocery options, and fitness facilities. You can walk to the Intracoastal area off Flagler Drive, and a short drive brings you to Palm Beach Island, downtown West Palm Beach, golf courses, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Services & access Self check-in with a smart lock allows for easy arrival at any hour. The home is pet-friendly and offers free parking on-site and on the street. A complimentary concierge service is included with your booking and can assist with transportation, spa services, private chef arrangements, grocery stocking, babysitting coordination, and other special requests during your stay. Other things to note Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Pool Heating Details - Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $125 per night. - The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining. - We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. - To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund. Thank you for following our house rules: No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund. Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund. No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 7 people are allowed in the house. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour. Enjoy your worry-free stay! Good to Know! Your stay is covered by Wavio Insurance. If something accidentally breaks or gets ruined, don't worry about it. Just let us know and we will process it through our insurance. Up to $5,000 is covered during your stay, through your one time fee of $129 included in your reservation.
