One of the standout features is the private path through the backyard gate leading to Sandy Beach State Park, with the water approximately a 5-minute walk away. Inside, the home offers comfortable gathering spaces with plenty of room to spread out. The living area features leather seating and a Smart TV, while additional Smart TVs can be found throughout the home, including the bedrooms, kitchen, den, and sunroom. The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining, with a 6-burner chef’s stove, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. When it is time to eat, enjoy meals around the large dining table with seating for eight. Just off the main living spaces, the sunroom provides another place to unwind and includes a dry bar, stainless steel refrigerator, and Smart TV.
