The studio is reached by a flight of stairs. 2 bedrooms on your left, a bathroom, and sitting area w/ kitchen facilities & coffee bar on the right. Lovely window canal side window seat. Room #1 is a full size bed (140 cm) Room #2 has a single bed (80 cm) and a couch Room # 3 has a seating area pull out queen bed (160 cm). All mattresses are new as of 2022 The space *** please note *** Ground floor: garage - not part of rental Floors 2 and 3 is where we (your hosts) reside 1st floor: One bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Bathroom fits one person at a time, but great water pressure and lots of warm water. Bedroom #1: a double bed of 140 cm, window seat with closet to hang clothes, a secretary with a pull down desk for working. Bedroom #2: One single hanging bed, a couch that serves a single, or can be pulled out for extra space to stretch out Sitting area: 3 person couch, 1 person chair and window seat with cushion of 300 cm. Coffee, Tea and mixology bar, kitchen facilities, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and washing machine-dryer combination. Pellet stove and a SMART TV with Wifi TV with channels from your home country too! Fast WifI. Outside: Terrace of 12 m2, access is through Bedroom #2 Table and chairs to seat 6, small weber natural gas BBQ. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, and ceiling fan-lights in each room to keep the air circulated on hot days., although this floor tends to stay fairly cool even on the hottest summer days. For the winter, there is floor heating throughout, and a pellet stove to keep it as toasty as you like. All windows are newly replaced with double pane HR+++ glass. No drafts! Guest access As our guest you will have complete access to the first floor including the terrace off bedroom #2. Other things to note The access is through a shared stairwell, with typical Amsterdam stairs, which is steep and narrow, although ours are slightly wider than most, they are still narrow by US standards.
