MEADOWS is located in a residential tourist complex of three buildings located within a large tree-lined garden that guests can enjoy at will together with the holidaymakers. These buildings were built in the 1970s, among the very first in the area, in a position that is now very central compared to the numerous second homes built in the following decades. The apartment has been modernized in the layout of the rooms to allow for a more open living area, in finishes such as parquet floors, plus it has had other incremental improvements. The windows are still the original ones of the time, and offer good brightness and various views of the surrounding mountains. The furniture is mainly in a classic style, with Viennese and mountain features. It has some elements of a certain solidity as they are made of solid wood. At the entrance, there is a large living area divided between the living room and the dining area with the kitchen next to it; through a corridor, we access the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a double bedroom with a semi-castle bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower. From the living room we access a covered and sunny terrace. The living room offers a sofa bed with a slatted base, and the double room is equipped with an additional pull-out bed. The fireplace cannot be activated, while remaining a decoration of the environment. The hot water and heating connected to the district heating of the area allow stays of up to seven guests, even if only one bathroom is available, therefore suggested for short periods. The equipment includes a box that can currently only be used for sports equipment. The district heating plant is highly sustainable thanks to the use of renewable biomass energy. Guest access The apartment enjoys free access to the large condominium garden where you can spend entire days outdoors, playing with the kids or sunbathing on the lawns or in the shade of the plants, always remaining within the residential center. Other things to note The final cleaning included is only sanitized, excluding tidings and more, which can be integrated on request. Bed linen and towels are available upon request and subject to availability and additional cost. Soaps and detergents are not provided. Consumption costs are extra for extended stays: ask in advance.
